Thanks for this! I'm five months in (EBF) and feel like my supply has waned a bit. I've been pumping more frequently though, so that seems to have helped a bit 🙂

I am due any day now. I really want to breastfeed, but I need all the help I can get. I think that the more I know what to expect, the easier it will be for me. This is my first baby, so I don't know what to expect.
I suggest speaking with your doctor and have him/her set you up an appointment with a lactation consultant to touch base with you. Also, try taking classes at your local hospital or the hospital you're going to give birth at.
