A Mother’s Haven + Giveaway!

I love supporting small businesses, and I love them even more when they are baby boutiques! Last weekend, I had the pleasure of attending a Grand Re-Opening of A Mother’s Haven in Encino. A Mother’s Haven is a Maternity & Baby Boutique has been around for about 12 years and it’s a boutiqe that carries a plethora of pregnancy to baby needs. Along with their boutique, A Mother’s Haven also offers prenatal, postpartum, and early childhood enrichment (Mommy and Me) classes. A Mother’s Haven is a one-stop shop and education center for new and expecting parents.
I have been to this boutique a few times before their Grand Re-Opening and I am obsessed! The decor is simple, yet welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner, Bianca, is the sweetest lady, and their Lactation Consultant, Leslye is so inspiring. Basically, this place screams out “The Memoirs of a Mommy” approved all over it! The store offers a variety of products and classes to help prepare new and expecting parents.
Many of you already know how much of a breastfeeding and pumping advocate I am. I’m all about it! This store is ALL about it too, and that is the #1 reason why I love it even more. They carry many brands to support lactation, such as: Medela, Lanisoh, MotherLove,  EarthMama BabyAngel and many more!
Here are a few photos from the store’s Grand Re-Opening!

There are not nearly enough of these types of stores around. I remember that I used to go to Santa Monica to get what I needed. Now, I'm on to the next phase. Sharing for my friends.

If only I lived closer! I sure wish this store was in the Chicago area. I would certainly be making a visit. Thanks for sharing 🙂 What was your favorite part of the store? Was there something that made it stand out compared to others you've visited?

Hi Mel! Thanks for stopping by! My favorite part of the store was the wall of Medela parts and accessories! They're so hard to find at Babies R Us and I've never seen a store THAT fully stocked on pump parts! What stood out the most were the rooms they have for all the classes && the abundance of supply on lactation support!
