This week’s #InstaWeanTeam key ingredient is GREEN BEANS! This week I made garlic green beans. A quick and easy side dish that can be paired with pretty much anything! I love pairing this week baked chicken!
Garlic Green Beans:
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 a small onion (chopped)
- 1 lb fresh green beans (ends cut)
- 1/2 tsp tamari
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
Cook green beans in boiling water until tender, drain then set aside. In a large wok, heat up oil. Add garlic and onions and sautee until fragrant, and onion is translucent. Add green beans, tamari, and pepper. Stir constantly for 3 minutes. Turn off heat. Transfer to serving dish, and enjoy!
